With an industrial vacuum its no difference and as you rely on your car to bring you to work every day, you also want to rely on the vacuum to do its job without interruptions.

Therefore, you should let our RUWAC professionals carry out the regular maintenance needed to keep your vacuum in a safe and perfect operation condition.

Like a car, every industrial vacuum needs an inspection and eventually a change of filters and other wear parts from time to time.

You can expect a very long lifetime of our high quality wear parts but depending on the application, some maintenance will be required every 1000 to 2000 operating hours.

Regular service is not expensive and we make it very convenient and cost efficient to get professional and in time service for your vacuums.

Many of the standard parts are carried on board our service trucks (this offer is available in some countries first and will be rolled out throughout the region within next 2-3 years. Please contact us for details).

After its time to get your next inspection, we will visit you and you can buy the parts right off the truck for immediate installation by our service technicians.

Since the application environment for each case is different, the lifetime of wear parts vary from customer to customer.

Therefore, after each inspection only the necessary wear parts will be offered and changed.

RUWAC ASIA - Full service Care

1-3 years service contract together with purchase of new machine If you purchase a service contract together with your new machine you can enjoy special discounts, additional free of charge consultancy visits for operator training and an extended warranty of up to 3 years.
The advantage here is that we can schedule all inspection visits ahead and in time. Major breakages and interruptions of your production can be prevented.

RUWAC ASIA – All in leasing

Leasing finance programs for 3-5 years are available for many products.
We can offer leasing contracts in several countries which automatically include a full after sales service package and extended warranty of up to 3 years.

RUWAC ASIA – On call service

On call services are charged at actual costs. You pay for the actual time spend at site. However, this option is unfortunately in most cases more expensive than any of the service contract and leasing options.
For on call service assignments we need to schedule the one by one delivery of parts and the visit of our service technician as per available workplan for that area.
