To know the actual country where the machine will be installed is important to us for the following reasons:
1. Our system will select the correct electrical specification according to the standards saved in our country database. This helps to avoid misunderstandings due to wrong specifications in your quotation or even additional costs when a machine was already delivered with the wrong electrical specifications.
2. Throughout our Ruwac Asia network our warranty for machines produced by Ruwac Asia is honoured by our country offices or distribution partners. However, if we don’t know, where a machine is installed, which could be the case if you are an OEM and the place of delivery is not the place of final installation, we cannot honour the warranty in that country. In such cases we of course also need to know the customer's address, which we should be informed about when you place an order.
