PGI Foods International Co.,Ltd. received a DS64000 Zone 22 Extractor System on June 2017.

The DS64000 Extractor System with a 24m2 Cartridge Filter Class M is connected to 4 Suction Points whereas 2 suction points are operated at the same time. The purpose of this Extractor System is to extract airborne icing sugar powder from their mixer, filling station & sifting station. Khun May (Right), Production Supervisor said that our Ruwac extractor system has decreased the dust cloud within the small production area, which resulted in a healthier more productive working environment

Removing any remaining dust particles from our car bodies before they enter the painting line is of highest priority and importance to us.

For the vacuum cleaning step we allocate only 15 sec.

For several years we tried to work with standard mobile vacuums at this station but the performance was poor and down times were frequent due to required filter changes and engine failures

The performance of our new RUWAC central vacuum system has exceeded all our expectations.

We now remove 9 times the dust quantity in the same time as before.

The cost per hour vacuum time is also much lower as before with only one inspection and filter change required per year.
